Protection of Hosted Information

Alstp International Advice Services, S.L. makes backup copies of the contents hosted on its servers; however, it is not responsible for the loss or accidental deletion of data by users.

Services offered, except for specific backup services, do not include the restoration of contents preserved in backup copies when this loss is attributable to the user.

The restoration of deleted data is only included in the service price when the loss of content is due to causes attributable to Alstp International Advice Services, S.L.

Commercial Communications

In application of LSSI, Alstp International Advice Services, S.L. will not send advertising or promotional communications by email or other equivalent electronic means that have not been previously requested or expressly authorized by their recipients.

Exception

In the case of users with whom there is a prior contractual relationship, Alstp International Advice Services, S.L. is authorized to send commercial communications regarding products or services similar to those that were initially the subject of contracting with the customer.

In any case, the user, after proving their identity, may request that no more commercial information be sent to them through Customer Service channels.
